Terms and Conditions

Apartments will be considered booked on the acceptance of a 75% deposit by cheque , Debit/Credit Card or BACS within 28 days prior, the balance is payable by Debit/Credit Card, Cash or Cheque with guarantee card on arrival.

A receipt will be forwarded if accommodation is available (which must be produced on arrival). If accommodation is not available, your deposit will be returned by post.

In the event of cancellation, booking fees are not refundable & if cancelled within 7 days of arrival date the balance will be required in full.

Hirers making early departure will not have monies refunded unless agreed.
Occupants &/or hirers are individually and collectively responsible for any loss or damage and the payment thereof.

The proprietor reserves the right to substitute an alternative Apartment subject to the number of occupants, having endeavored to inform you prior to arrival.

Apartments are available between 2.00pm & 4.00pm on day of arrival.

Apartments to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Late departure will incur a charge of not less than 1 day at the rate charged; this does not infer any additional right to continued occupation.

Luggage may be left earlier, if previously agreed.

The Apartments must only be occupied by persons stated when booking.

The proprietor reserves the right to cancel accommodation if at any time in their opinion the behaviour of an occupant is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others including neighbours is negatively affected.

The proprietor will not take responsibility for any belongings left in rooms, or vehicles parked on the property.

Comfort and cleanliness are most important and we ask guests to assist us by keeping their apartments clean & tidy. Guests are required to remove all rubbish during and at the end of their rental period.

Children under 18 must not be on premises without adult supervision.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Any services offered or orders accepted by New Clifton Holiday Apartments are deemed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined above, unless agreed otherwise in writing and signed on behalf of the company by a director thereof.
